We are currently looking for a Renewable Energy Planner for our client, a major European Renewable Energy Company that is establishing itself in Ireland.

The role would involve working on projects in various locations.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience working within the planning and development industry in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector

· Have a qualification in Town Planning (IPI or RTPI Accredited)

· Strong knowledge of the Irish planning processes.

· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Strong report writing and analytical skills

· Excellent attention to detail

Duties:

· Work as part of the Planning team to deliver project requirements

· Work on medium to large renewable energy planning projects from inception to completion

· Working with design teams in the preparation and lodgement of planning applications, planning appeals, site feasibility studies, and planning strategies.

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, consultants, and local authorities
