Main Tasks

  • Will use the provided database to call new leads for the purpose of developing a buying relationship. All Sales Representatives will be evaluated on their ability to meet Lead quotas and profile targets, developing accounts and quickly producing leads.
  • Sales Representatives will be tasked with increasing leads within their assigned vertical, initiating daily contact with their potential clients via telephone and e-mail and introducing these clients to the Facebook product line.
  • All contacts with potential clients must be documented for the purpose of evaluating the database. Process leads that meet the requirements set by the client and forward to the client's fulfillment location.
  • Job performance will be measured through a variety of related sales metrics. The quality and method of work must be completed in accordance with the company's core values.
